Adults: Mix 1 scoop (8 g) with water, twice daily with meals, stir well and consume immediately, or as directed by your health professional.
WARNINGS: If symptoms persist, talk to your health professional. Do not take powder alone. Mix with food or fluid. The dose of fibre should be increased gradually. Fluid intake should be increased with an increasing dose of fibre. In very rare cases, Curcuma species may harm the liver. Stop use and see a doctor if you have yellowing skin/eyes or unusual: fatigue, nausea, appetite loss, abdominal pain, dark urine, or itching. Contains sulfites.
